tyre wear out one side - add chamber nut?

I changed 4 new tyre recently and notice all 4 old tyre wear out on one side(outer side). the shop tell me need to adjust chamber and that service is RM120 including chamber nuts, chamber alignment. may I know is it necessary? mine is bezza and I have heard bezza always wear out on one side. pls advise.
