Sometime, the contractor started as builder, and they evolve to be a developer .... So the contractor and developer is the same entity, or subsidiary of same group... sometimes I confuse with construction and property developer haha, things get sorted out real soon...
Some developers they have their own construction arm, so they are also the builder....
