yes, if your car support 4x 6.5" speaker
however you need to modify speaker output wire if you want to add the tweeter pair

why need to modify? Don't have crossover?

yes there is crossover.
you need to cut the front speaker output from head unit and connect to crossover, then tweeter and speaker connect to crossover.
if you dont want to cut the front speaker output from head unit, then you can take the speaker output at front door and place the tweeter somewhere near the door panel.

what is the sound like? still can nego?

the sound just normal. don't expect very high quality from the speaker.
