depend what you want, live tv run smooth on unifi network, but compare with local free to air channels, kind of delay ~5minutes. VOD section quite update, just compare-able to other china provider for drama/movie.

Any decent sub RM250 TV box will do. For the contents it's subjective, there are so many IPTV subscriptions out there with plans from 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year.

Do try out one by one until it fits your taste.

Make sure you've got a good fixed line at home with unlimited quota plan on top of that.
