I also got in between my neck and should.. But doctor said it barely grow... Insurance won't cover as it fall under cosmetic surgery.. Doc advise just monitor if one day it grow bigger.. Will proceed with surgery.. Currently around half my fist.. 4 years already.. And didn't disturb my movement and look..
