"If you want the guest to go back, and those guests (Chinese, or himself) are bringing peace in the community, they are benefit for the family (Malaysia)."
Bagi saya, jelaslah beliau bukannya suruh kita halau Cina pun. Tak nampak apa motif beliau nak halau, tapi masih gelar mereka tetamu, dan bawa manfaat bagi "keluarga".
This sentence doesn't sound right, it is taken out of context.Bagi saya, jelaslah beliau bukannya suruh kita halau Cina pun. Tak nampak apa motif beliau nak halau, tapi masih gelar mereka tetamu, dan bawa manfaat bagi "keluarga".
After "if" there should be an answer to the "if".
Where is the answer here?
If you want the guest to go back, they are benefit for the family?
If you want the guest to go back, those guests are bringing peace in the community?
There is no obvious logical connection/interpretation..
If according to the whole context, it is possible that he said:
If you want the (old) guests (Chinese/Indian/British) to go back, and the (new) guests (like himself) are bringing peace to the community, then it is benefit to the family (Malaysia).
