Accidents happen then raise money yourself la. Take personal loan, ask relatives to loan, sell ur father mother sibling's car, sell gold rings,  gold necklace etc.

But no. They simply ask for full donation. Without putting effort themselves. Shameless bunch of bastards.

was also fined 200 baht (RM28) for driving without a valid licence.

woww...

thailand law really lenient compared to malaysia fine

i understand the family pledges in this accident

BUT it also serves as a reminder to all malaysian driving into foreign country

purchase the farking insurance la you idiot

and don't drive without license la bodoh

OBEY THE LAW la...

now sudah jadi...baru mahu menangis ???

let she stay inside thai prison for her own mistakes

a mistake for not having a valid license and for not having any insurance

hard lesson is needed to those who can't obey such simple law

/donedakwah

edit...malaysia license is valid inside thailand...

no need international license

valid licence perhaps international driving licence?

Serious answer : u cant get IDP approved by jpj without having a valid standard license to begin with

Trollanz answer : international driving license can either have YDPA face, Thai king face or even Benjamin Franklin's face.

if she didnt have driving licence, how come she can get summon?
*
Why not? If you drive without a valid license.

QUOTE(death_nite @ Aug 14 2019, 11:18 PM)
U can buy car under ur name even u dont hv license.
*
Yes. You can buy a car without a valid driving license. You would only need a guarantor that has a valid license to get your loan approved.

QUOTE(Fubar20 @ Aug 14 2019, 11:26 PM)

Got road tax but no insurance?
*
Like I mentioned earlier, you are required to buy a Thai third party insurance along the border before entering Thai. You would also need to inform your current insurance provider of your intention to drive into Thailand as your standard comprehensive insurance cover has no coverage when you cross over to Thailand.
