“liberal malays” group are VERY SMALL, You can see almost all malays dont support siti kassim, LGBT groups, and other things like opening quotas.

In fact most Malays nowadays support more progressive Islamic movement that focuses on open debates about religions, comparative religion, corruption free government, Islamic Financing, Clean governance and of course economic support for bumis.

The reason why BN lose is that Najib are too corrupt, he took our epf for his stupid project and took down felda (one of the main body that support bumi economic agenda).

These malays are not far right who only concern race and religion, the importance of economic development plays a major role too, this is why the swing voters do not vote for najib that causes problems like felda downfall, china debt trap, rosmah luxury trips, jho low exploitations etc.

The nons only focuses on “extreme version” of things which make them fail to see why its hard to have malay support their “abolish bumi rights and privilages” ideals.

You think theres only “Religious and racist malay” on one end and “liberal and progressive malay” on the other end.

But the middle group “Religious and progressive malay” are the main players within the swing voters group that you nons dont realize.

These group are the ones who still respect religion and religious figures at heart but also focus on importance of good governance, corruption free, and economic growth of the nation.

So theres no “malays that support PH are liberals” at all..

Most of them are religious and progressive, and mostly are ex BN and PAS voters.

So get the picture, dont simply think that Bumis suddenly support abolish bumi privilage at all. Do not create your own version of “Liberal Malay” based from your limited understanding of what Malays stands for.

The ones who inflating zakir naik's roles in Malaysian politics are you guys, you are quick to assume Zakir Naik plays a major role but thats not the case at all.

Mahathir simply wants to show that the new govt will support progressive islam unlike the old authoritative islam like Pas is doing right now.

Zakir Naik views are quite different than typical ustaz and muftis, he invites questioning, and promotes open debate, a type of Muslim that are not normally seen in Malaysia.

This is a type of muslim are more open, although firm to their belief, they dont get angry when people question their religion, in fact they invite these questions and engage in open debate to prove their points.

This is the type of muslim Mahathir wants, not those pak lebai jangan persoal faggots.

Like I said, like it or not, majority Malays although they do focus on economics and well being of bumis, they also focus on the importance of religion, specificaly Islam, like it or not the govt need to cater to these demands, this is a democratic country after all.

Dont simply label people penunggang agama, so those who support non bumis are what? Penunggang non bumi?

NO, it is simply sharing the same views, it simply working together to achieve the same goals, that is to save Malaysia from BN

Of course Mahathir will retire, but that doesnt mean he wont put forward his agenda, we are talking about saving Malaysia after all, dont be so naive thinking "oh the old guy wanna retire he dont care about Malaysia"

Nothing in the middle, but in truth most Malays are religious at heart, but still open enough to accept other religion in this country, and they are not thinking Race and Religion 24-7, the wellfare of bumi economics plays a huge role, they hated najib for ruining felda (bumi economic body), stealing epf, and rosmah luxury spending.

They are Religious and progressive malays, yes, much like current Muslims these days progressive muslims are open to debate, discuss and focuses on economic development of society, these are the Swing voters demographics, they are centrists in nature, far from being Liberals and pak lebais..

And NO, In malaysia centrist and pak lebai(PAS) supporters are much bigger than small potato libtard malays, libtard malays are like a needle in bunch of haystacks jumbled together.

And NO, you poor understanding about "religious person love kid brides" are extremely prejudice views about Muslims. Most muslims dont have child brides at all, ESPECIALLY IN MALAYSIA.
