I have Givi X.01, KHI 12.1 and X-Dot G618, all of which were given to me.

I am planning to buy a white helmet with air ventilation and not too big in size (X-Dot G618 is a nice size to store in the Givi box unlike the KHI). I usually store 2 helmets in the 43 litre box.

After much windows shopping, I ended up liking Givi M30.1 (in size M) and prices are around RM170. Is it still a good choice at the price?

the sun visor will come in handy very often if you do not wear sunnies while riding

Thanks, bought from Lazada at RM157 after applying vouchers. Hope to get further RM15 off from Maybankcard.

Thank God there was no stock at the shops that I visited these few days!

Hi, would you share your experience with the Givi M30.1? I am planning to get it but didn't find any real use reviews so far. Thanks!

For me, it is a great helmet for the price.

The helmet is quite light compared to my X-Dot G618 and KHI K12. It is also smaller in dimension compared to most similarly priced helmets which helps storing 2 helmets in my Givi box. The air ventilation works good too!

For the price, I feel this helmet is a bargain and underrated.

I have compared it with more expensive and popular helmets, I found there is no need to spend more (for myself).

Had a Givi Vento helmet. Givi made that helmet in only 2 shell sizes, with only the inner foam sized for the different head sizes. So you either bought a really large helmet or a really small one.

I hated it, dunno why I even bought it. Now it got burned down in the workshop along with my bike.

Nowadays I make sure I go for an intermediate shell size.

Just to share. Speaking about transition type lenses, the Rudy Project ImpactX2 Photochromic lenses activate (turn slightly dark or more darker depending) behind the windows or behind the automobile windshield. But the darkness level also depending on which tinting you're using. cool2.gif
