Frankly, temp when casing is all closed up isn't too good. Idle temp when side panel is opened is about 25C, but close up, it increses to 28-30C.
Maybe need a more powerful intake.

mod the side panel with single 12cm fan or top panel for one or two 12cm fan would be nice addition to the thermal performance.

Do you think the BS03 will work?
I have one but didn't use cos it blocks my graphics tongue.gif
Maybe can reverse the fan and suck air out, make it work like the BS01.

erm ur rear fan exhausted or intake?seem u use TR,the fan mount on it must b blow to proc rite?how bout the airflow?izzit will suck out by rear fan if its exhausted fan ..then low air will blow to ur proc?
*
rear fan is exhaust. Fan on hsf has high airflow and blows downwards like you've mentioned. Do you think there's a problem here?

Okay, so after all those comments, I think I'll try change the front as exhaust and back as intake.

But if the front as exhaust, do you guys think a normal casing fan can actually blow out so much hot air, especially when ventilation holes are only at the side of the front panel?

Or should the more powerful exhaust fan be switched with the weaker fan in front? which makes the exhaust > intake?

But I stilll think additional blowhole at the side panel or at the top should be the best solution.
