I did not subscribe to any novelplus but yet they cut RM2 from me every week which im so devastated abt it, kindly fix this prob and block the number from taking money from me, the number is 23239. My maxis number is 0128125004

By default, a command to stop any sms subscription is to send "STOP" or "STOP ALL" message to the number that sending you the subscription message.

U also need to clear your browser cache. The subscription could be trigger from the site that you browse or the pop up ads that u accidentally click when browsing internet through phone.
