You mean to use malaysia sim card ? Should be no problem, but you google the answer, seller won't confirm also.

Sea shipping (small parcel) -- can , right now sea shipping quite some slow due to the covid issue and port and container issue.

Air shipping - more than rmb1000, can buy air parcel insurance.

Safe or not ? Nearly the same, plus some luck.

Sea shipping --- After warehouse send out the item, take 3 weeks time to reach buyer doorstep.
