Anyone has experienced working there, in particular IT? What's the culture like?

I heard they were 'hacked' before so no idea the impact to the IT guys over there

Do they have any recent layoffs/ restructuring that I may not be aware of?
(or maybe the question should be, do they often do layoffs?)
