Hardware Upgrade RAM for Macbook Pro mid 2009, Need recommendation

Hi All,
I'm in lookout to upgrade my Macbook Pro 13, mid 2009. Can you guys suggest what brand/model to buy and is it easy to find in Lazada? Because perhaps old computer, component hard to find nowadays??
Currently on default 4gb ram.

Thank you. currently your RAM is 2GBx2 = 4GB u need to get this spec PC3-8500 (1066 MHz) DDR3 SO-DIMM 4GBx2. max RAM for this model is 8GB. if im not mistaken, newer RAM wont detect on old machine. but older ram can detect in new machine.
