Coming from Note 8, done my pre-order for Note 10+, Aura Glow, just 15 mins after the pre-order starts and very smooth

Few days later only realize should check in lowyat thread, then saw this thread is not on top.

Not surprise that many will be KIV instead of impulse buying, as we realize there are some downgrade/minor upgrade here and there, but surprise that the volume is that many
That's why I also surprise when Samsung website's Note 10 sold out so fast XD
Many youtubers also not really enthusiastic, but also can't deny that it's a good phone indeed.

I do have some concerns and hope to hear comments from other sifus

1) My Note 8 got 1 tiny hairline scratch, and I assumed that it will be Grade B for trade in (Samsung program). So, it will be RM1000. Is it worth to trade in?
I read all posts and knew that the median price is 1200-1400, can I sell higher than 1000 in lowyat with 1 hairline scratch?
Note:- its on the bottom left, and it's only 0.1 cm

2) I never done trade in with Samsung before, silly question, is full box (with accessories inside?) needed?

3) Hopefully it will be similar with S10 series that comes with pre-installed screen protector. Anyone have experience on it? Like is it durable? still usable after few months/years? If not, the choices will be Whitedome or T-Max (if not mistaken)? Sakura still COD at PJ area only?

4) I know the recommended case will be Spigen/Ringke/Supcase (never heard of Supcase). Any case that is with raised edge (so that screen & camera wont contact with surface), but also with transparent cover? (don't want to hide my Aura Glow)

Yes, confirmed with SES staff that no box is necessary.

Just have a 5 mins hands-on on Note 10+ (before that 10 seconds for Note 10 maybe, while waiting other ppl put back the Note 10+ for me to grab )

Really surprisingly light but premium quality also. Stunning screen, punch hole just nice at the centre. Well, its really a bit big for medium-sized hand from me, while Note 10 is just nice to hold. Need time to get used to the power button on left side also. No time to test on camera though

I choose The Garden Samsung instead of MV one, but I lazy to call and confirm, as I still indecisive whether to trade in my Note 8 or not.
Any kind soul selected The Garden will go tmr morning?
If yes, I will go to collect during lunch time maybe.

Good that they finally offering the cash rebate, I personally hope more people buy Note 10/+, as so many comments saying it's boring and blah blah blah...

Every time, there will be comparison between PO offer and roadshow offer. For me as always a PO user, I think both side got pros and cons. I know how it feels to queue overnight and it can be quite suffer.

1)Similar to others, noticed yellowish screen on Note 10+ compared to Note 8 (obvious when doing Smart Switch, the background is white).
So blue light filter off, changed screen mode to vivid and changed to cold, seems back to normal, thanks for the tips.

2)LUCKILY S pen can take out smoothly.

3)Aura Glow actually not so glow lah in most circumstances, but I like it.
However fingerprint magnet of course

4)Yes, when playing sound the back side of the phone (especially top) can feel the vibration.
Quite shock for a user from Note 8 as never encounter before.

Noob question:- when using stock charger, it will shows "Fast Charging" or "Super Fast Charging"?
Haven't use the stock charger yet, it printed "Super Fast Charging" mah so I just ask

Also, any recommended type C to 3.5mm+type C dongle?
I saw some forummer shared before but forgot to save it.
