I am using the Galaxy Note 4, which have been serving me well but feeling kinda sluggish lately.
Since I am a Maxis postpaid user, am thinking of renewing my contract and getting the Note 10+ at RM3,199 with the normal contract plan (Maxis 128).
Do you think that's a good idea? Or is there a better way to get the phone?

For those of you getting the Note 10 / 10+, are you going to be installing a screen protector, or just use the default screen protector that comes with the phone?
If you installing a screen protector, what screen protector will you use?

QUOTE(fuzzy007 @ Aug 11 2019, 12:33 PM) whitestone dome glass, it is expensive but there are only few screen protector that can be use due to the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor According to reviews, although the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor does work with the whitestone dome glass, it's not as sensitive. Am thinking of whether it's worth installing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUMg1uzZFBQ

QUOTE(freeman1 @ Aug 24 2019, 02:19 PM) Just got my unit this morning, confirmed no USB-C to headphone jack and USB-C to USB-A converter. SME should give USB-C to headphone jack since this is the first note series doesn't with headphone jack. Pre-order promo should give Buds for Note10+ instead of free upgrade to 512GB. WTF. I preordered with the understanding that it comes with the headphone jack dongle so that I can continue using my wired headphones.

QUOTE(smokey @ Aug 25 2019, 04:12 PM) guys, it seems that Note 10 doesnt have a DAC built-in coz i try chapalang usb-c to 3.5mm converter, it cant detect headphones plugged in seems like we have no choice but to buy original 3.5mm dongle!! whats the price of one? Quite pissed. As is, they removed the headphone jack from this supposedly flagship model and then they stinged and took away the dongle as well. WTF. Not cool.. really not cool.

QUOTE(bennedict82 @ Aug 25 2019, 09:01 PM) You will get used to it. Just the matter of time. Last year when I visited to United State, on the street, train or bus, you can see poeples wearing blue tooth ear phones and no one using Jack. That's the reason samsung remove it too. We will follow the trend with blue tooth. I'm not pissed they removed the jack. I'm pissed they removed the dongle which is included in other markets. The Galaxy Buds ain't going to produce the same quality sound as my wired headphones. It's going to be awhile before any brand can produce truly audiophile quality wireless headphones that doesn't come an arm and a leg.
