Hi guys, the restaurant concept is mixture of Chinese + Vietnamese + Punjabi food would be. The design, concept, food, drinks would be something different that is not available in KL yet.
Attention:1) The best indian food is northern one which is Punjabi food.
2) Vietnamese food plus Chinese food/dishes would be a lot of variety.
3) Drinks: we would drink: it would be bubble tea from Taiwan, Vietnam & Hong kong.
4) More details would be given to those PM me.Let's do simple calculation for operation cost:
1) Rental 8k x 3 months deposit = 24k
2) 10 Staffs x RM80 x 30 days = 24k
3) Table, Chair & Utensils = 30k
4) Reno Wall, Floor & Light = 50k
5) Product & Ingredients = 30k
6) Kitchen setup = 40k
7) Other etc cost = 30k
Total = 24+24+30+50+30+40+30 =
228k My calculation is roughly estimated. It might be lower capital required than it.
Daily Profit :> Operation Hours : 8am – 11pm = 15 hours
> 1 hour = 6 customer spend RM35 = RM210 per hour
> 15 hours = RM210 x 15 = RM3150 per day
> 30 days = RM3150 x 30 =
RM94500 per month It's roughly estimation on traffic flow of people in MOST GOOD RESTAURANT IN KL.
We might have 10 customers per 1 hour. But I calculate just as beginning.
Monthly Expenses Outflow:1) Rental : RM8K
2) Staffs Salary : RM24K
3) Utilities Bill : RM5K
4) Ingredients Product : 15K
Total Monthly :
52kProfit Monthly:Gross Profit : RM94500
Monthly Expenses : RM52000
Calculate Nett Profit : RM94500 - RM52000 = RM42500 CLEAN PROFIT
Profit divided 2 partners
RM42500 ÷ 2 partners = RM21,250.00 EACH PARTNER
Profit divided 3 partners
RM42500 ÷ 3 partners = RM14,167.00 EACH PARTNER
ABOVE CALCULATION ARE BASED ON 15 HOURS OPERATION, what about if we run 24 hours like MAMAK but standard one with different type of food.
TEAMWORK, LOCATION, & FOOD are the main factors behind sales of a restaurant.Too much if. Good luck
