the older we get we lose the ability to hear some higher pitch frequency. the ringing in your ear is that specific pitch that you are losing. its normal..

You are 34 years old, go see a ENT specialist (Ear doctor).

Would you walk onto the public street and ask, "am I healthy?"
On a public internet forum, you are asking a medical question.
I am not a medical trained doctor to give anyone prescription.
Who are those people telling you, 'normal' or 'abnormal' ?

It is going to be your funeral, so up to you to take advise from computer screen.

I know some people had ear wax treated that helped with the ringing.
But if I tell it to you, then you will go to doctor telling the doctor how to do the doctor's job.
Let the doctor diagnose you properly.

Or would you prefer Simon Cowelll giving you medical prescription?

Don't know what is your problem? I am just asking do other people experience any ringing in ears when in quite room that all, it is just a simple yes or no question. Also i am asking it in a health and fitness forum not in the american idol forum. What is the purpose of this forum if i cannot ask these kind of questions?
