FYI, I live in this area. So i know this project very well,,just few blocks fr my condo! And ONE advise before buying a property, come to the area during peak hours - in the morning! Then you'll know how bad this area is. This area the traffic is not like other areas.. From just my condo to the main road can take about 2 hours. The jam sometimes even started from inside my condo!! This is from my condo in Damansara Damai to exit Damansara Damai area.

They have so many areas here - mainly Damansara Damai, Sutera Damansara, Bayu Damansara, Saujana Damansara, but they're in fact just all in Damansara Damai, and there's ONLY ONE EXIT!!! CAn you imagine that.. This road where they're building this property already very bad jam in the morning!!

Trust me! I call MBPJ, Police traffic almost daily to complain abt the traffic. Google Damansara Damai residence association, we did complian abt these new developments.. so many developments but mostly left UNSOLD... and yet building more n more properties! But never handle complaints from the residences.
We the residences opposed this project coz it'll make the traffic even worse!!! For over 10 years we've been complaining and yet no action taken. Even the futsal NPNG now the land already sold for new developments. So basically there's no interesting life in this area! I even go and eat at Tmn Tun or Bdr Sri Damansara coz i really don't like this area. But too bad i already bought my property long time ago.

And FYI, for my 1600sft, i pay about RM880 cukai pintu for a condo. And yet getting bad area. LRT is so far.. to walk from this condo to the bus stop even will make u sweat.. and yet to MRT.. it's seriously not within walking range! What a joke really....

Yes.. but that's already at the EXIT of this area. From within this are itself jam is like 2 hours normally. This place is totally a nightmare!

It's good that this thread started with all the stories about the traffic. I have a friend that moved into sutera damansara and then sold off the place and moved back to subang/PJ area.

Really the worst place.

Sutera Damansara folks were "promised" access road to/from Bandar Sri Damansara. But like you know all developers......they promise you the whole world, and nothing in the end smile.gif

If really wanted to go for Damansara Damai area, its better to go for Sphere Damansara. Its nearer to the main road which can skip the jam inside damai and direct to the main road.

One way already now so quite a long way just to go to the opposite side. I went there for lunch and traffic was okay. However not sure about peak hour esp morning and evening

Trial period for 3 months only.
Is not practical due to roadside stalls and cars parking near Idaman flat. From 2 lane road become 1 lane there. And no access to go to the opposite empty unused road.

Went to Sutera Damansara several times when my tenant moved out in Nov - Dec last year. Usually going there morning like 8am. Traffic looks very okay .....
I don't know it's because of covid or what

I think this is previous traffic condition, i went there quite often recently but never meet that kind of jam as others mention above. sweat.gif

I just feel ok with that traffic, not sure is it route change helped or what.

The one way system currently on trial not able to solve the problem.
The main problem is actually no other way in and out from here. All using the same road.
Only adding in more projects = more people staying inside. But not creating new access road.

Need to open the access road through Bandar Sri Damansara. But residents there protest...
