Req MDEC said need to have min salary of RM3000, but when i received my salary it RM2000
May i know why i received like this?
When discuss with my boss, he said this is normal fresh salary in malaysia.

My position is Network Engineer, incharge in Cisco Viptella Project (SDWAN)

u make it sound like a loser. should be a low pay expat..sounds nicer..

They will do back end documentation that you get 3k pay but actual is 2k.. the differences of 1k they will use to offset tax/etc..

can they do this way? legally is no.. tnc already mention and they are cheating the paper work.. for legally the company have done false reporting to immigration

Report to MDEC. Your employer is cheating you and MDEC.

Check your employment contract, if its stated 3k then you have legal case,

If not, then trace any promises like messages, email, whatsapp etc that promises 3k pay.

It not, its too bad..
