 Firefox - How to set saved logins for certain web

I know firefox can have saved logins feature but it is annoying that it keeps to ask whether you wanna save this login even I have clicked NEVER but next time keeps on pop up to ask....

I have done that, say forum.lowyat.net under the exemption which the logins will not be saved but still asking me every time.

I prefer firefox to have the option only to put the websites that we wanna save logins and the rest are not prompted at all.
