Parkson Evo Mall Bandar Baru Bangi I think soon will close also. Just open last year, but that Mall really nobody coming. Soo kesian went to that Parkson during weekend, motr staf than customer.

Standalone 5 storey parkson mall with lack of f&b. Just a simple food court with about ten stalls is just not going to bring in the crowd

The management of the mall failed teruk. All sit office dono how to get tenant. They got couple of anchor tenants already 1. All bring in by andaman property but then got arguement with pkns. This project is JV between them two companies. Then andaman pull out from the mall give pkns handle but pkns sucks in managing mall. End up anchor also pull out one by one.

I once park upper floor parking. One time only. After that, everytime come here only park at Ground Floor. Easier. I dont really know the reason Evo Mall Bangi no one coming. Even business also dont want to open there.

Yeah, I think this is true. Several new malls now even having about 40% foodies shop and people did come for that. Eg Aeon Mall Nilai. Ground floor and 4th floor almost all are cafes, food stalls & restaurant
