if u have taken flights to japan before, theres a black shirt security(not sure call what) will check your passport before u enter the gate or plane
they will ask u some simple question before letting u through

but having malaysian passport, they'll be more easy..more strict if holding other nation's passport

but i think AUS issue is that, they're scared u jump plane
so need to ask /k/tard that lives in AUS is AUD350 enough

i have my aussie business visa, can enter aussie multiple times till expired. btw, what i know, once u got your visa, you should be able to go there without problem, if you got problem, they wont give you the visa in the 1st place. never seen any aussie official in KLIA before.

japan is expensive but many people only bring less than RM2k worth of yen there..budget trip
and japan no such rule need minimum cash entry

i think it's because of the jump plane issue
but i think if they can produce the receipt for accommodation and tickets to places they're visiting or car rental booking...they "should" let u through

its just air asia security guard ppl
they are not officials though just extra layer of security

Its no easy task but Education are the core engine of nation success to get respect from other nations.

Last year when I was flying with AAX to Auckland, yep, there was a stern looking angmo lady and several even more stern looking uniformed guys checking every single person's visa and personal documents upon entering the boarding gate at KLIA. Some people got escorted to the side for questioning too
