Are you confuse between Wangsa melawati and Taman melawati area ?

Ooo after reading seems an argument about tarc student will rent at MAdora ..

I seen very less student here at wangsa melawati..
here definitely not renting for student
They go to the genting klang site as their friends area

If want to rent out Madora than its more to young family / family

Also owner will be mostly ownstay

In a way good for buyers as you wont see many students

Hi There is still units available

Direct genting view currently full

But there is high unit facing North that can see it as well
