The project will doing pre-launch around March, 3 layout will be given:
850sqft 3 Bedrooms 1000sqft 3+1 Bedrooms 1200sqft 4Bedrooms/Dual Key with very low density which is just 677units only... That's the info I had received, layout mostly will be same as M Oscar@SriPetaling, but existing of balcony is TBC. |

Yesterday meet with my agent, nice layout and view for it. Price is consider cheap compare to other surrounded projects.
