Topup RED App via Online Banking option issue, Payment received, but credit not updated

Hi admin, Yesterday at 9.06pm I topped up my hotlink account using HOTLINK RED App and chose the online banking method. I chose Maybank2u. The transaction appeared successful but the credit doesn't goes into my number. The amount was RM30 was successfully deducted from my bank account. I've also received notifications via SMS and email from pay@maxis.com.my that the payment status is successful. Refer to attachment for all transaction details. Pls advise how I can get the app to show my credit of RM30? Thank you
