Am Looking for a person / reputable shop recommendation to help me with my Sony Viao Laptop (Sony VAIO Duo 13 SVD13223CXB Ultrabook). Its Running in Window 8.1 Pro, SST200 GB, 8GB, 64 bit Operating System, Intel ® Core i7-4500U CPU @ 1.8GHz

Yes, i know this is a very old pc.

What i need is to get someone to help me install the power bi tool from microsoft, i've tried many ways but it would not work (retart, edit exe file register, try msi files, install both 32 bit and 64 bit, update to 4.5 netscaler, everything...). Yes, i am paying for this assistance, Please quote me.

The following is also an optional work if the person wanna take up:
1. Help me upgrade it to Window 10 with all the driver installed
