Hi, im currently looking to buy my first hse. Any tips for me to consider or concern? What should i ask to the agent during visit survey the hse?

1st get yr finanical status sorted and confirmed by banker or broker to ascertain what is the min and max loanable amount before going for house hunt.

If you are new to property we cant teach you single trick to conquer all method. Do bring a person with great property knowledge with you. Pls dun bring yr ah pa ah ma or mrs know everything yii ma ku cheh....

firstly, how many rooms you intend to get

Flat
Apartment
Condominium
Terrace
Semid

City / outskirt

Completed / still in the making (2 yrs / 3 yrs completion)

& I believe every project dev has show room for potential buyer

Perhaps the land title, be it freehold/leasehold, be it residential/commercial??

The maintenance fee, parking lots, facilities,... Sometimes seller dunwan to shiw their parking, bcos either the floor is too crappy or location is too far away or next to refuse room etc...

This is for own stay. Around 500k. How much can borrow ya i need to check that too.
