Basically trump is borrowing money to make the economy look pretty. The question of the economy crashing isnt if but when, and when it cones america will need to borrow a lot more.

Honestly, the best thing trump can do for himself is to not contest 2020. That way, when the e onomy tanks he can pretend that its not his fault.

thing is its okay without trump's interventions, but trump just wants to show higher numbers. when the fed gave a conservative interest rate to not overheat the economy, trump goes to twitter and creates conditions that pressured the rates to fall.

this is where being a national leader is different from a ceo. a national leader has to make sure there's balance for the long-term. ceos just maximise the numbers because 'more is always better'.

you can drive and maintain your car well, it will go far. if you keep revving the engine to show that its powerful, it wont go as far.
