Risk of abandoning project is high especially those small developers due to covid 19 pandemic. Many SMeE alrealdy tapao for good. Developers will show one by ine later. Brace urself if u all buy all these small dev project. Just look at onw fine example at cheras batu 9- THE MARK KOKO RESIDENCE.
