What's the difference between a regular 5-series and a M5?. The only sure way is to look at the engine but from the exterior? I know a genuine M5 has M badges all over it and has quad exhaust tips but there are people who just stick on M badges to their regular 5-series and add a few more exhaust tips and assume its a M5.
