Thing is, why would they NOT want to have a qualifier? If they think it's just easier to just pick a team and send them as Malaysia's representative, then they are really unprofessional. Firstly because that promotes biasness, and it's all their opinion on which is the best team. Even if they do discuss with SMM, it's still something between them and SMM, nothing to do with the DotA teams in general.
I am not bashing RoA, but this is a matter of representing the country. Which team would not want to represent their country? To promote fair play, qualifiers should be held. It is not about 'sending the best team'. It's about showing all the other teams that they too, have a chance, provided they show that they are the best.
Need u all's opinion regarding this situation
