Can this pair well with the ATH-R70's 470ohm impedance?

How to connect directly to a pre amp or amp to use as standalone dac ie What cable to use for this?
Intend to use for phone/laptop to amp as well as headphones.

You will just require a normal 3.5mm to 3.5mm/RCA jack and connect it from the UD130's OUT jack to the Preamp/Amp of your choice. Then simply turn on UD130's Line Out feature and the OUT jack will turn into a LINE OUT jack.

It is a very straight forward and simple process

Hi @StonerAcoustics. Any luck to use with a sony walkman a50? Saw in fb group got one guy said he cannot get it working with a100. Maybe because fiio wmport to micro usb has no power line. Can i just put a battery in there? Haha.

Power wise it's definitely possible to just use it with a battery. Many users are doing this setup.

Where can i see their setup (using battery)?

If you see the diagram it seems that power is drawn from the device itself, in the diagram case the handphone and in your case will be a50. I don't think this cable is suitable because what is needed is a separate usb wire that accepts power/battery to route power to ud130, while a50 only supply data (audio) to ud130

Does this support Tidal MQA?

Hi the UD130 doesn't do MQA.

The playback specifications are:

USB Audio Class 1.0 24Bit/96KHz
USB Audio Class 2.0 32Bit/384KHz, DSD-64/128/256, DoP-64/128

It does however support "MQA" in the non-natively sense. Full MQA requires hardware compatibility.

With with AKM factory caught fire recently, how are you coping with the stock of AKM4493 DAC chip for the ud130 ?
