can't sleep, so been thinking.

yeah we all know mall retail businesses aren't doing too well these past couple of years, feels like it's getting worse, a few shopowners from within my field have closed down physical shop or are thinking of moving back to operating from home. last time people used to pressure me to open my own brick and mortar shop but with me being someone who doesn't dare taking much risks, i didn't want to. Now i'm kinda glad I didn't, online retailing seems stronger than ever (although with increased expectations compared to last time from shops such as after sales, courier speed, no damage, etc.)

which makes me wonder... what would be the next thing that kills off online businesses?
