sifu2, want to gather more opinion on this nexus project, refer attachment, is it worth it to invest consider it is near to new era college, mrt and ktm. But mkh itself is building mkh boulevard 1, 2 and this Nexus all along the same road, the unit are:

Quite good project , because big layout with lower price if compare with other walking distance project , the market thr if partial furnished studio , rental ady reach RM1,000 per month . Then if 3bed2 bath furnished , can get RM2,500 rental and your monthly payment is not more than 2k ,but this price is MKH boulevard , opposite the New Era Uni
