Right now, Unifi Air is targetted to current Strymx users as a replacement.

Hi guys , I juz receive B618s-65d for unifi AIR trail but something weird happen . If i am using hp connect it and do speedtest , it can up to 40Mbps dl 15Mbps ul
but if i test on any desktop or laptop , it get <5Mbps dl and ul only hmm.gif both test on 2.4GHzWLAN and 5GHzWLAN

Please try do speed test on fast.com and share it with as, as fast.com is more to real life experience vs speedtest.net

Use internal antenna, and use the app to lock to band 40.

Band 5 is slow.

eh. where got this option?

You will have to install H-Manager.apk

+ depend on your network coverage too, in my experience 4G+ is slower than single band 40

watching 4K 60p vids, not sweats. (except 4K 60 HDR, it will be buffered)

Wow so good.
I wanna test my area before getting a 4g router. As from their website, my area is not covered by Unifi air. However I can use Unifi mobile there with a quite good speed.

Unifi Air and Unifi Mobile is using the same coverage.

My advice, go with the B618-65d modem. The performance way better from the alternative modem above.

Unifi Air doesn't have call airtime.
Unifi mobile have tethering quota.

so its cheaper to use mobile and use their rm 35 /month plan ?
*
If you just plan to use exclusively on mobile, then yes.

Unifi Air is more targeted for home use, eg. Multiple devices.

You can use cellmapper app, to see network tower mast in your area supporting what 4G bands.
