mostly just covered the triple jump. couldn't shoot from a lower level, so this was the best i could do

the place u stand is not right to capture the moments of action i believe.. if u can get level with the subject will be much nicer.. but if u're just to practice some technique then it's ok already..

Nice panning on the 3rd photo, however the subject seems jumping out of the box. Some cropping might help.
