Those apartments are so small and that current configuration makes me claustrophobic. The 4BR I bought I am knocking down all the walls to make 1 BR and 1 large kitchen and lounge. It's not like the amenities are that amazing compared with the other condo's around. Really hope the majority of that people at quinn will be own stay. Your mindset is different when it is own stay. Stay away investors

The high price per sqf coupled with amenities that are on par with other condos (i.e. nothing extraordinary) in the area should mean this property is only for people with some affluence i.e. arent subject to the 9-5 grind and/or can WFH a lot. So no rush for lift in morning
