One day Najib decided to take RM 100 from the coffers to invest.
He decided to put in FD with a 3% return per annum .
Najib told his crony : you see , if you put Rm 100 in saving account and by end of the year you only get Rm 100. and with inflation rate of 3%, we are making lost. But if you put in FD you get Rm 103 at the end of the year. his crony applaud and contracts was sign with MBank.

Then Nobita came and complain.. how come you put in FD with Ambank who only offers 3% while May bank is offering 3.1%?
If you put in May bank you get Rm 103.10 year end compared to RM 103. 'Nobita cronies was furious, complaints were made and Najib was accused of taking undertable money of RM 0.1 and was relief his duty from Finance. Court case running .

Then Mr.KJ, a big shareholder came along the way and say .. how come you guys put in FD with so low return ? If I take this RM 100 and invest in bonds, I can easily make RM 105 end of the year. Complaints were made on Nobita but big boss Mr.M came and defend him .
Director M say action was made at the heat of the moment , and it was better than Najib decision by 0.1% .
But KJ say Najib decision was better by 3% . Why was he sacked ??

Both cronies argued across the meeting room and finally Mr M say : all these decision was made without full research of the market, so we should hire someone to research .
Finally after extensive research , the research team manage to find an investment with 10% return and presented to new finance director KJ.
Mr . KJ check the coffers but only found out there was only RM 90 and started to question, accused and file a lawsuit against MrM of misuse company funds.
So where did the RM 10 go??? Mr. M then explain that it was used to hire the research team .

Now Najib came along and say Mr.M does not know how to manage a company. Previously we do not need to open our coffers to maintain our workforce , now we have to open our coffers or even sell assets to hire research team ? Mr. M is then relief from his duty.
