In case any of you don't know, the tracking number for our unshipped laptop has actually already been created, it doesn't show up in OVP as it hasn't arrived at the UPS facility yet.

and click the "Track By Reference Number", then enter your order number as the reference and you will see your tracking for all your items including the laptop, mouse and bag (if you bought all of them)

Nope, try setting the date range from from 19/10 to 26/10

Just tried again, change the Date Range / To to 25/10, strangely it doesn't work if I choose 26/10, hopefully it works for you this time

You can visit this site to check whether Lenovo has applied license from SIRIM, which should also mean they applied for import license, or at least applying for it very soon. Just key in the serial number from your OVP page to check.

My approved date is Nov 1 btw.

UPS has also just updated the tracking on their site, it shows Cleared Customs now

UPS has surprisingly high efficiency when they send my 13s from KL to Kota Kinabalu, it only departed this morning and I have just received it.
