It’s another weekly authorisation check.

They will repeatedly charging your card weekly to test if the card is still valid. They only bill you in the end when shipping the laptop.

Well, regarding the bolder part, I had said numerous times before in this thread and many others, they just nuked plenty of legit Thinkpad orders last month (mostly August order got nuked in September), after like whole month of waiting and sent out the bag/mouse.

So don’t be too confident that they won’t nuke this too. We can only pray for the best.

Added nbd onsite to my purchase.

lcd problem on arrival. No part locally waited 2-3 weeks for part from China and then technician came;

Only to find out a part is lacking and again no parts locally. need to order again and service aborted

Waited for another 12 days no follow up, called today and they said parts team set in system that the part is allocated on 11th October. But no shipping yet from China as of 23rd October. Grilled them for the truth, they say that parts team updated that the part will only be ready on 25th October. And no one knows when those f*cking department in China will ship the part.

They sell u premier service with nbd onsite with no parts locally. One part is ok but the same happen to second part. The local call center couldn’t do much because China hq control lots of shits.

Already over one month boss, nothing is done properly. They tell u all those shits ‘nbd can be done only if part is available’ but they didn’t even prepare parts locally for service, not once but twice. F*cking twice. If not scam then what is this?

the product is good. After sales support *ahem paid service* premier support + nbd onsite is a scam in my point of view
