So you are saying even if i add the warranty in the beginning, it will be the standard price? (assuming no RM1 promotion)

Didn't know that, now don't feel so bad!
*
Yes, that’s right. Warranty and accessories don’t subject to the discount code%. You don’t lose out much.

Come meets it’s brother from L340 purchase.

The best bag goodies actually is with P43s/P53s and Lenovo Legion purchases though.

Alright bro. One more question. Do you think it will be dangerous to get shocks now and then from the lappie during charging. Irritating = Yes. But would it be risky to let it be?
Sorry bro. My bad. Try talking to CS and see if you could add on now for RM1. Complain a bit and see if they will give in.  tongue.gif
He got the ten units. It's sealed in a big cardboard box. Lenovo thought he was a reseller.  laugh.gif

I lived with it >4 years and still alive and kicking here today, LOL...

I will say it’s pretty normal to have such problems, but I dare not commend if it will be safe, KEK.

But one thing I have to admit, TN panel really sucks donkey balls... Hadnt have such an eyesore experience with laptop screen for a long time, LOL... I will start google about compatible panels now and change it once warranty is over (2 years). Who needs privacy screen if you yourself barely able to see the content on your own TN panel, LOLOLOL...

Actually in 1010 pre sales event, there is a model L340 AMD sell for RM110

limited 5 units
*
Really? I search AMD L340 more than once everyday during those few days, didn’t even encounter any mention of it. Not even any indications of it. I just remember for quite a few days L340 is sold out.

I only noticed Y530 and Yoga730 in the acclaimed RM1010 sale, but it’s not restocked ever since the first day sold out, which is a little dubious as nobody around here really gotten it.

U know lah, MALAYSIA have many reseller .
They already standby to grab on the spot.
*
But we yet came across any scalpers wanted to resale Y530 or Yoga730 unlike normal situations.

That’s why I feel that the claim that there’s 5 units available are quite dubious.

On Site support means that they will come to you and your lappie but Im not too sure they cover the warranty for 3 years. From my understanding, it may be 3 years on site service but doesn't include replacement of parts. Laptop is only warrantied for 1 year only. Maybe someone could provide insights on this.
*
All in for 3 years. Deswai onsite support is priced higher (RM799) than their send in warranty (RM229).

And T590 included battery replacement for RM1, even sweeter.

Yup...bought that as well. Definitely going to replace my battery when warranty is nearing its end.  nod.gif
*
Try abuse kaw kaw so the battery will fail before warranty ends. brows.gif

Like last time apple battery replacement program, they only allow battery worn >10% to change at their discounted price. Luckily mine is ngam2 10% when I’m changing it.

Actually its hard to prove how bad battery degradation on a battery is. So we just to claim that battery runs out very fast and they would have no choice to replace if it is under warranty. laugh.gif
*
HWinfo64 can check the battery wears level.

But yeah, you’re right. Good luck and all the best. laugh.gif

Words of advice, you can get >3 biji Xiaomi powerbank 3 for that price.

Alternatively, this new China made product looks really convincing.

Buy 16GB stick from Shopee.

Swap out the original 8GB stick and resell it.

Profit?

Get this instead, next time you change other brands of laptop still can work so long as you get the adapter to 5525 size. This should work so long as your laptop taking in 20V and less than 100W.

I dun think enough. I check the i5 8265 processor itself only, it cost almost 300 usd. Of cos if bulk purchase will be a lot cheaper, but if u include things like genuine window and ssd, very hard to imagine they can keep cost at rm1k.

RM1013 for a laptop with 3 years on site support, 1 bag, 1 mouse delivered using UPS to your door steps and 10,000 AirAsia bigpoints, for sure they’re making losses here.

Just the matter whether they want to honour something they originally only intended to release 5 units.

If they don’t honour, big hoohaa here and there. If they don’t, they lose some money but win some back in term of PR.

It’s another weekly authorisation check.

They will repeatedly charging your card weekly to test if the card is still valid. They only bill you in the end when shipping the laptop.
