On Site support means that they will come to you and your lappie but Im not too sure they cover the warranty for 3 years. From my understanding, it may be 3 years on site service but doesn't include replacement of parts. Laptop is only warrantied for 1 year only. Maybe someone could provide insights on this.

Yup...bought that as well. Definitely going to replace my battery when warranty is nearing its end. 

Actually its hard to prove how bad battery degradation on a battery is. So we just to claim that battery runs out very fast and they would have no choice to replace if it is under warranty.

I dun think enough. I check the i5 8265 processor itself only, it cost almost 300 usd. Of cos if bulk purchase will be a lot cheaper, but if u include things like genuine window and ssd, very hard to imagine they can keep cost at rm1k.
