I got one question, is it normal for room service to change room towel at 9pm?

Lol, its a mak cik leh.

Anyway I dont know whether its normal or not, last time went for company training at JB for a week, stay at this 3stars? hotel. Only 1 day in the whole week, at around 9pm there is a knock on my door, and its room service makcik, asking me whether want to change new towel or not.

Went back my company, every colleague said never encounter room service at such late time.
