I would like to suggest on something about the Add Reply function.
How about modifying a size of the reply window, like longer or increase the height and width , like showed below?

if we go based on this
http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_display.asp there are still 14% using 800x600. if we go based on goldfries.com (which are mostly M'sians and probably from LYN too) no 800x600 users at all!! but still that doesn't mean we exclude them eh? note that what you type and actual output could be different. it depends on the fonts and all. you could align your lines and characters to try making an ASCII drawing here but output surely can change. so erm......yeah that's it. my 2 sen. |

QUOTE(Crazy.SoT.Gila @ Jul 1 2007, 07:30 PM) Not if you use the CODE code hehe of course la. just that not many people know that. anywa let wKkaY consider. for me, i find that the box is fine (using 1680x1050, not a problem. not that many of you write lengthy replies in the first place. if i need to write long replies and all, i'll just type on some text editor instead. EDITED : wKkaY, i noticed that the emoticons were housed in TD tags. well, just a thought. This post has been edited by goldfries: Jul 2 2007, 04:45 AM |

QUOTE(wKkaY @ Jul 2 2007, 12:26 AM) Yups ok, I'll consider the suggestion 5% total revenue is usually the cut off point for a minimum support when cooperations decide to cut down different divisions to save cost... the calculation usually goes beyong this as they need to take into account the division expenses, pre-tax net profit, etc...In case anyone's interested, our visitor screen res breakdown (as reported by Analytics) are: 1. 1024x768 48.86% 2. 1280x1024 18.70% 3. 1280x800 12.20% 4. 1152x864 4.36% 5. 1440x900 3.60% 6. 800x600 3.41% 7. 1680x1050 3.16% 8. 1280x768 1.56% 9. 1280x960 1.01% 10. 1400x1050 0.95% ... but given the minimal number of users using the fossil resolution, i recommend that we increase the quick reply box for the benefit of all... |
