How do we differentiate a woman who really hasnt have any previous relationships and those who lied about her relationships but instead admit she dont have any relationship before?

I dated a woman who would do anything to climb the corporate ladder fast but doesnt want to do work but prefers to hide in the toilet to sleep/act busy. At least that is what i heard. This considered career minded?
