Similar story with bus companies. Parkmay BHD was set up to take over the bus businesses from the Chinese. Turns out the service went from bad to worse. Bus drivers taking money from passengers instead of going to the machine. Reasons why Chinese bus companies so successful is that the drivers hired are given shares in the companies so they worked equally hard.  Then come in Bumi policies wiping out the Chinese from the bus business. Any idea how those bus businesses doing now? Still requiring govt support?

Not just big businesses.

Think I shared before, last time at my golf club got this ah neh running carwash business in the carpark for members, charge very reasonable - Rm12 and clean damn good. He very hardworking, do a few years can change new car.

A club member orang kito saw then dengki, told the committee should not allow outsider to run business in the club, a lot of BS excuses.

Force out the ah neh, take over the carwash. Price become RM20+, hire bangla to wash, service damn crap, even got micro scratches on the paint. Damn farked up.
