Similar story with bus companies. Parkmay BHD was set up to take over the bus businesses from the Chinese. Turns out the service went from bad to worse. Bus drivers taking money from passengers instead of going to the machine. Reasons why Chinese bus companies so successful is that the drivers hired are given shares in the companies so they worked equally hard.  Then come in Bumi policies wiping out the Chinese from the bus business. Any idea how those bus businesses doing now? Still requiring govt support?
