 Water under condo management and under syabas

Those houses in Klang Valley should enjoy free water as long as not reaching a certain usage. But how come those condo in KV under the management needs to pay? Because of higher water usage like maintaining the swimming pool?

Individual meter under syabas got that free water.

Meter under building management, no...

Those under building management, can this be converted to syabas meter by the condo JMB? Since condo charges a minimum amount monthly, even if not used.

Electric under commercial title, can that be changed too by the condo JMB?

The residents in unison need to apply and pay for all these : -

1. Individual meter Syabas - after application account owners oni pay to syabas
2. Separate bulk Meter to common facilities. Management to pay syabas, expect increase in management expenditure, I.e. increase in maintenance fee.

Electricity, the rates are determined by the Land type in the land title. Most Apartments sits in a Commercial type land title... in short the answer is no. TNB not gonna entertain

Everything after the bulk syabas meter outside building needs to be maintained by maintenance
Of course must charge u kaokao

For electricity bill in Commercial land title condo, the developer can convert to follow residential rate. This is usually the case

Bro, you think the water magically go up to your floor without help? Of coz it needs a huge pump to go up and a giant water tank to store, who is maintaining these equipment? Management corporation la.

Cannot.
Electric yes. Can change if it's apartment. Even if land title is commercial.

Bro that is what the Maintenance Fee are for... not water bill.
