Hi.. Anyone can help? Im having a problem with door lock and mijia app, just now i open my mijia app and the account already signed out, after that i re-sign in, no device is paired, so i try to pairing again, but is unsuccessful, error message show that the device is paired with others user and ask me unpair 1st, now my lock cannot be use to set any password and finger print. I tried to push the reset button at behind the lock, still the same result, anyone can help please.
