anyone here used the gundam marker airbrush before? isit worth buying? dun feel lik investing in the complete airbrush kit wit big air compressor. or any small size kit to recommend which is not too pricey?
Wow! I lost my old PC and completely forgot about the forum for many years. With busy getting old (?) my time to build kits has been decreasing over the year but still I managed to find time to finish the projects I started so many years ago.
Here's one of such project. HGUC RX-75 Guntank Mass Production Type
I'm based in sarawak and have been looking for the pledge floor finisher to coat my work. I don't mind buying off one of you guys. Please let me know. Thank you
Latest completed build, absolutely amazing kit, very solid even with with core gimmick, but the torso articulation suffer a bit. But looks superb still, love the deep blue compared to the HGCE! Haven't decalled only.

I don't know why everyone is jumping to conclusions though. Nowhere was it said that it would recycle old mold. How come you all are so much smarter than the rest of us that you can already see the final product?
Granted, last few Ver Ka has been mindblowing.. Nu, Hi-Nu, Sazabi, ZZ, FAZZ.. and i can only hope this Wing Zero is as mindblowing as well. In any case, it would be better than the Hi-Res for sure.. that one was a terrible kit
con lan 7 firm the gundam wing ver zero ew ka will be new frame
Bro, for me it's not about whether old or new mold. It's the missed opportunity to come out with previously unreleased kit. Even if they come out with G-Self (which I don't like), I also won't be so disappointed
Anyone tried 3d printing their own mobile suit before ? Looks like a lot of work and im not sure how this guy smoothen the parts ? since i thought 3D parts are not smooth
I also interested to start 3D printing but it gonna take me some time to start from 0 learning how to 3D modelling then invest a printer.
making the model from scratch is going to take a lot of time, not to mention time taken to print and prime those parts for painting.

Hi to all the Sifus,
I need help and guide on how to top coat. I am currently just using Gundam markers (GM01~03) and some pour type Gundam markers (301p~303p) for panel lining and applying water decals. What are the recommended top coats that I should use? I know there's a choice of Mr Hobby Top Coat and Mr Super Clear and the Samurai brand.
I'm thinking of upgrading to using Tamiya Panel Line Accent in the future and from my understanding that is enamel based, so what top coats should I use if I start using this?
Thank you for all the replies!
You need to decide what king of finishing you want ( glossy? matte? semi gloss?) then you buy the paint. Tamiya panel line works with any top coat, so dont worry.
